We're not the typical tech startup story. No garage beginnings or college dropout legends here. Instead, we're a group of professionals who found each other through shared frustrations with how software development was being approached in the industry.

Technical Director & Founder
With 12 years in full-stack development, Martin started Ryvira after working with multinational corporations where he saw how disconnected development teams became from end users. His background in both backend architecture and user experience design shapes our approach to every project.
How We Work
Our office in Černá Pole reflects this philosophy. Instead of the typical open-plan chaos, we've created spaces that actually support focused work. Quiet zones for deep coding sessions. Collaboration areas with whiteboards that get used daily. And yes, we have the obligatory coffee machine, but ours actually makes good coffee because we believe small details matter.
What We're Proud Of
Since 2020, we've maintained a 96% client satisfaction rate and a 0% employee turnover rate. More importantly, three of our client projects have won regional digital innovation awards, and our educational programs have helped over 200 individuals transition into tech careers. We're also founding members of the Brno Developer Ethics Initiative, working to establish better industry standards across Czech Republic.
